You'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment services to ensure high-quality talent outcomes aligned to our organisational strategy and workforce priorities. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and hiring managers to shape a values-driven workforce and lead the design and delivery of effective, data-informed attraction and selection strategies that elevate our employee brand and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

You'll also make an impact by:

  • Delivering a streamlined, end-to-end recruitment service, partnering with hiring managers to ensure a consistent, merit-based process.
  • Providing advice and guidance on role design, attraction methods and sourcing strategies to ensure efficient, targeted hiring aligned with workforce needs.
  • Managing candidate engagement and communication, ensuring positive and timely experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, providing coaching, guidance and transparent communication to support effective hiring outcomes.
  • Identifying and executing proactive talent sourcing strategies to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance by maintaining accurate recruitment records, and enhancing policies, tools and processes.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant qualification or proven relevant experience in talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated previous experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills.
  • High-level interpersonal skills including the ability to build and sustain positive working relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to plan, organise, priortise work and meet deadlines in a pressured environment and deal effectively with competing demands.
  • Current Drivers License
  • Valid NDIS check or willing to obtain one.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:

  • Experience in the Aged Care Industry.
  • An understanding and ability to apply relevant award conditions.
